The list will be cleared out as new matches are played, or any time a new patch is released.

The same replays system is available on many popular games, and now, Blizard is adding the same feature to its popular game, Overwatch.

The replay feature is now only available in the Overwatch PTR, as per PCGamer, but for those who do have a play with it, they'll find that it has the 10 most recent matches recorded in their entirety from every player's perspective.

Overwatch replays are now only on PC, but will be ported to consoles upon further testing. The game will store up to ten previous matches that you have had in all modes except for Tutorials and Practice Range modes.

Detailed in a blog post featured on the Blizzard Entertainment website, the new function allows players to "Hone [their] strategies by slowing down or speeding up the game to see exactly how a critical moment played out, or get a better view of the action from on high with or without the UI".

Expect this feature to see a few more months of testing before rolling out to the wider server base. If you've got feedback to share, you can do so here.

Using the map overlay (Ctrl+I) to watch a match will help you understand how team fights unfold. These changes were made to make the Assault maps play quicker as matches were going a bit longer then Blizzard wanted.

Interestingly, this feature will be fully functional and lets you watch the replays as you want. You can also place (and bookmark) static cameras if you want to watch the same spot across multiple games.
