WWDC typically reveals some of the new key features that will arrive on iPhones and iPads in September, but we've already got an idea of a couple of the updates that should come with iOS 13 thanks to a report from 9to5Mac.

Apple is slated to introduce iOS 13 at WWDC in June, and 9to5Mac has shared new details about what to expect for the next operating system. This mode can be enabled via settings of the gadgets and users can actually choose which contrast works best. Another significant change in the new iOS 13 would finally get rid of obtrusive volume slider that shows up on the center of the screen every time you change it, which has been quite annoying in Apple devices on the whole.

Also on the agenda for iOS 13: new multitasking features for iPad, an improved Mail app, and a new "undo" gesture. Earlier only Undo typing has been available which required a physical shaking of the iPhone to enable the feature, which was certainly awkward. The report claims the new gesture is activated via a three-finger tap on the keyboard area. This would help prevent an issue where users are forced to move the user-agent to a desktop version.

Stevens said he could tell Morris was probably going to have a good game, based on the team's two most recent practices. To beat the Bucks - and, ultimately, make it out of the East - Boston will need to be far better than it was Sunday.

It is also said that Apple is aiming to bring easy collaboration to third-party document-based apps.

Multi-select gesture. A new system-wide gesture will let users multi-select items in table and collection views. Further, font management on iOS 13 is also said to receive a major upgrade with a dedicated panel to manage fonts.

The Mail app will organize messages into categories such as marketing, purchases, travel, and "not important", with all of these being searchable. Users are also said to receive the ability to draw a selection by dragging multiple fingers on a list or collection of items. Developers will be able to use a different status bar style (light or dark) for each part of a Split View with side-by-side apps, while the Reminders app will be redesigned, alongside the volume HUD. Likewise, users would also be able to reset their position by double-clicking the divider.
