With the Halo Collection also arriving on Steam, one Halo fan made a decision to e-mail Newell about the process of getting the Collection on Steam and whether this was an easy task. Well, here's your chance: The Halo Insider Program now offers gamers the opportunity to test all of the Halo games across both console and PC.

It looks as though despite Halo: The Master Chief Collection heading to PC, it might not be an Xbox Play Anywhere title for players who already own the collection on Xbox One.

"Later this year, these classic Halo experiences will start to arrive on PC via the Microsoft Store and, for the first time in the series - on Steam", developer 343 Industries wrote last week.

People in the program will be given exclusive opportunities to participate in public tests of in-progress Halo game releases before providing feedback and valuable insights that will help shape the future of the franchise.
