Some of the biggest news that will drop for any commitment for the 2019 recruiting cycle on February 11 when the nation's top prospect announced his pledge to the Georgia Bulldogs.

Anthony Edwards, the nation's top shooting guard and arguably the best high school player in the country from Holy Spirit Preparatory School in Atlanta, has committed to the Bulldogs and will bring a huge game and a massive buzz to Athens, Georgia next season.

The Georgia commitment is a big win for head coach Tom Crean, who is looking to keep in-state players at home instead of rival schools.

The 17-year-old, a top-five senior pick for ESPN and the number one prospect in the Top247 2019 recruiting class, made his decision public on Monday via an interview with CBS Sports.
