If you've got a Netflix subscription, you've probably watched all of Stranger Things, a nostalgia-tinged mystery show about alternate dimensions.

It's a retro-styled beat 'em up you can play in co-op, set after the events of the third season of the award-winning show.

On Thursday night during The Game Awards, Stranger Things creators Matt and Ross Duffer revealed the trailer for an all-new video game called Stranger Things 3: The Game, that will have ties to the Netflix show's third season.

The Game will release on consoles and PC next year.

The Duffer Brothers didn't provide any more details about the game, and the trailer is quite short, so it doesn't give too much away. Users will reportedly be able to take control of characters and go through some of the season's events, with surprises throughout. Last year, in the lead up to the release of Season Two, BonusXP released a Stranger Things game to mobiles based around the show's first season and featuring Sheriff Hopper searching for different characters around Hawkins. It's just a matter of seeing what settles over the next few months. From Funko Pops to comic books to themed Monopoly games to "retro" shirts you can buy at Target for $8 to a line of creative candy that includes gummy Eggo waffles, the licensing has been infinite and incredible.

No release date was confirmed during the show. However, we can expect both to arrive around the same time, sometime in 2019.
