As the two were spotted leaving the service, the 37-year-old seemed to take a page out of Duchess Kate's styling book by shopping for a topper in her own closet.

The pair continued to chat about their charitable endeavours with a focus on educational programmes for women in less economically developed countries. Providing them with access to education is the key to economic and social development.

Meghan noted, "Everyone should be afforded the opportunity to receive the education they want, but more importantly the education they have the right to receive". She also made a very poignant point about gender equality: "When girls are given the right tools to succeed, they can create incredible futures".
