White woman seen harassing black women turns herself in

Two women, Chele and Leisa Garris who were waiting on AAA outside a local parking lot in North Carolina, US due to auto trouble. She was transported to the Brunswick County Sheriff's Department where she was served with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant and four criminal summons.

Susan Jane Westwood, 51, of Charlotte, disappeared after the October 19 incident in the parking lot of her south Charlotte apartment complex, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police said.

Attorney Michael Phillips, who has been hired to represent the Garris sisters, told WBTV that he has been in contact with the apartment complex and its management has agreed to evict Westwood. Police arrived at the scene, but were unable to locate Westwood, and issued a warrant for her arrest on October 30.

In the 911 calls released by police and published by the news station, Westwood was heard identifying the women to police as "African-American" and saying, "they've been hanging out here for a while, and they've been photographing me". "Nobody breaks their auto down in the best part of society", said Westwood.

A woman who was filmed lauching a racially-motivated attack on two women has now been fired from her job following the incident and now faces criminal charges.

The dispatcher told Westwood that the women were waiting for their auto to be serviced after it broke down and she responded, "Nobody breaks down their vehicle in the best part of society".
