Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho had to be physically restrained by stewards following Chelsea's late equaliser against his side in Saturday's lunchtime kick-off.

However, Chelsea substitute Barkley had the final say deep into stoppage time, the England midfielder's goal prompting wild celebrations on the touchline and a furious row as Mourinho was left incensed by provocation from Marco Ianni, a member of Chelsea's coaching staff.

In a subsequent news conference, Mourinho was asked what pleased him in United's performance and replied: "Everything". Because of his own track record and history of antagonising opponents, he now finds himself facing the kind of behaviour that he and his own assistants have been guilty of in the past.

"I am not annoyed with anything". The assistant has already come to me and apologised.

"Maurizio saw and Maurizio said he would take care of it internally and [for Mourinho] to accept his apologies which I did. So when he came after the game to make his apologies I accepted his apologies".

Manny Machado Hits L.A. Hotspot After Dodgers' Huge Win
The Dodgers acquired Machado from Baltimore this season for their playoff push, and to replace injured shortstop Corey Seager . In a game that loves its heroes and despises its villains, Machado is fast becoming baseball's No. 1 villain.

10 epic goals from the Manchester United-Chelsea rivalry
This weekend his only aim will be to score against United , which could be bad news for the Belgian's former boss. Hazard admitted that things didn't go well in Mourinho's previous year at the club, but blames that on himself.

Pharmacist who refused to fill prescription no longer with Meijer
Peterson also claims Kalkman refused to pass her onto another member of staff or allow her to speak to his supervisor. Meijer says they have "thoroughly investigated these allegations" but would not comment on their findings.

"We were the best team on the pitch". I told him to forget it. "Now everything is finished". "What I call the Chelsea "triggers", we controlled them and the reality is we conceded two goals in set pieces not organised play", he said. "But that is not up to me". What I did here today I will do in Madrid, in Milan, in Porto, the reaction from the fans is not up to me.

Martial was excellent in the second half and Mourinho refused to criticise Paul Pogba for losing Rüdiger when the Chelsea defender headed in the opening goal from a corner.

Chelsea had most of the possession and looked in control until Martial thumped in the equaliser in the 55th minute against the run of play after Chelsea keeper Kepa Arrizabalaga had kept out a close-range Juan Mata shot.

Romelu Lukaku performed like a world-class centre-forward in the second half, too.

United's fans, however, will appreciate the efforts and intensity of their players, showing loud support for their manager as they witnessed his team finally show signs of life to build on the momentum of their comeback win against Newcastle United.
