Less than a week after concept image renders of the OnePlus 6T was leaked online, OnePlus itself has confirmed the phone's official launch date.

In a year where every major smartphone hays been extensively leaked prior to launch, OnePlus is once again one-upping the competition by providing almost every detail about its upcoming OnePlus 6T in advance.

The 6T runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and features an Adreno 630, which should place it at the front of the Android pack (and tied with the current OnePlus 6). Storage options listed for OnePlus 6T include 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB/256GB of internal memory. The latest mobile phone to be losing a headphone jack is OnePlus' next handset, presumably the OnePlus 6T. The phone will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels, and a screen-to-body ratio of 91.5 per cent.

Exactly how much bigger is unknown until the OnePlus 6T and its specs are revealed, but Pei is quoted as saying that the difference would be "substantial enough for users to realise". On the front, you get a 25 MP single camera sitting inside the water drop notch. Since the OnePlus 6T will be powered by the exact same chipset as the OnePlus 6, we expect it to be identical to its predecessor in the connectivity department.

The Giztop listing suggests that the OnePlus 6T will sport 3500mAh battery with VOOC fast charging support.
