New footage has been released of Harvey Weinstein behaving inappropriately during a meeting with a woman, who said he then raped her hours after.

Per Thompson, she had set up a meeting with Weinstein in 2011, when she was 28, at his company's offices in NY, to pitch him on working with her on advertising and marketing initiatives for films.

Melissa Thompson is one of the three women who filed a class-action lawsuit against Weinstein in June, accusing him of uninvited sexual conduct in various forms.

While pitching her product, she appeared to make a joke about data being hot right now.

Weinstein's lawyer Benjamin Brafman was asked to comment but gave no immediate response.

In the video, he also says: "Let me have a little part of you".

"Now I see he's trying, in any way he can, to move me into that zone of comfortable then uncomfortable and confused, and vulnerable, and recognising that he's powerful and I'm not, and that I need this deal from him, and he has the power to give it to me". Thompson claimed Weinstein quickly agreed to use the video platform and analytics and then suddenly put his hand under her skirt.

"I constantly felt trapped, no matter where I turned", she told Sky News.

Instead, the video shows Weinstein entering the room and saying, "Don't interrupt", to staff twice before locking the door behind him. At that point, Thompson says, "A little bit... a little high, that's a little high, that's a little high".

Video from that meeting, which Thompson took on her laptop in 2011 as a recorded presentation, aired on Sky News Wednesday as part of an exclusive interview with Thompson.

Most US voters oppose Trump's impeachment
The numbers among self-described "liberals" are almost the same; 79% want Trump impeached as compared to 17% who don't. He is just below 50 percent approval for his handling of the economy, but his other policy numbers are atrocious.

The Black Ops 4 battle royale trailer is totally sick
According to expert Call of Duty YouTube broadcaster Drift0r, the Blackout map should fall somewhere between 4.5km2 and 7.4km2. These locations are also littered with numerous series' iconic guns, including a version of the glorious ICR assault rifle.

"A little high, a little high, that's a little high, that's a little high", Thompson replies. She thought he would close the technology deal over there; however, the situation spiraled out of her control when Weinstein invited her to his room.

Weinstein's lawyer said the full video "demonstrates that there is nothing forceful" and shows "casual, if not awkward, flirting from both parties".

Along the way, she said, he rebuffed her attempts to fight or get away. I worked in Wall Street before I went to business school, and I worked in an environment that was heavily male dominated...

He is out on bail and has pleaded not guilty in NY to six counts allegedly committed against three women in 2004, 2006 and 2013.

"We believe that the People's response in its entirety makes it absolutely clear that the case against Mr. Weinstein can not be successfully prosecuted", said Brafman in a statement to Deadline.

Thompson was part of a class-action lawsuit against Weinstein filed in June in which she claimed the producer began to harass and fondle her, several United States media outlets reported. "This is a further attempt to publicly disgrace Mr Weinstein for financial gain, and we will not stand for it. Facts do matter", the lawyer told People magazine.

"I never met anyone that I couldn't handle until Harvey Weinstein", she said.

Weinstein has denied all allegations of non-consensual sex.

Thompson thought that she would be meeting with the marketing team. They added that secret grand jury minutes provided to the judge showed they presented evidence "fairly and in a manner that was not misleading".
