"It's wonderful news that the Duke and Duchess are coming to New Zealand as part of their first major tour outside the United Kingdom".

This outing comes after a Kensington Palace insider last week confirmed Meghan's pregnancy to New Idea and said the pair would have to cancel her first royal tour of Australia.

While we know that the couple will want to spend time attending the Invictus Games - the sporting event for military personnel set up by Prince Harry - the palace is yet to release any further details of what exactly Harry and Meghan will be doing during the trip. During their final days, they'll visit Wellington, Auckland and Rotorua.

Harry and Meghan will be kicking it off with a trip to Australia, more precisely, the cities of Dubbo, Fraser Island, Melbourne, and Sydney.

After another day in Sydney, the pair will visit Wellington, Abel Tasman, Auckland and Rotorua, New Zealand before completing their tour on October 31.

Such projects they will focus on while overseas are most likely the Queen's Commonwealth Canopy projects, and the Invictus Games - set to happen in Sydney later this year.

Prime Minister Scott Morrison confirmed that the Australian government had invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to undertake an official visit to Australia between October 16 and 28.
