United will rely on Pogba to win the ball in midfield and create scoring chances for Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku.

But in comments attributed to Pogba in Sunday's British newspapers, he says: "There are things I can say and there are things I cannot say. otherwise I will get fined".

He has reportedly fallen out with Paul Pogba and Luke Shaw in recent months though both scored as Manchester United began their Premier League campaign with a 2-1 win over Leicester on Friday night.

After a week in which Pogba has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford, with Barcelona's interest piqued by the Frenchman's frosty relationship with Mourinho after he was repeatedly dropped last season, the Portuguese showed his faith in the midfielder by surprisingly handing him the armband. That said, I have made a decision to match the scoreline in giving two positives and one negative.

But on Saturday he tweeted: I'll always give my best to the fans and my teammates no matter what's going on.

Pogba endured a turbulent season at Old Trafford last term and was dropped for a crucial Champions League tie with Sevilla in favour of 21-year-old Scott McTominay. Paul, he was fantastic his contribution was incredible, but the fuel was disappearing every minute so we were in trouble and I needed [Marouane] Fellaini and [Scott] McTominay to give me that balance in midfield.

It was then Bieber's turn to comfort his fiancée as he was seen stroking the model's face as she teared up. However, a new report by Hollywood Life reveals why Bieber opened up in front of Hailey Baldwin .

"A player like him doesn't need a pre-season", Pereira continued. Following a strong World Cup, the Red Devils will lean on Paul Pogba to display his incredible talent.

Things were a lot more even for the rest of the match but I also think Mourinho will be happy with the way his side managed the game when Leicester were posing a threat. "Everybody was on the same page".

"It's a different team, obviously".

"I had only two options, Scott [McTominay] or Paul, but if I play Scott I play two two kids and a new player, so I asked Paul and he put himself available for the team and he was very, very good for us". When you are comfortable, when people trust everyone, are good in the head, it's going to be easier.

Former captain Michael Carrick and fellow coach Kieran McKenna informed Pogba that he would skipper United in his first match since winning the World Cup.
