Severe weather moving across parts of South Florida

Mostly cloudy skies, with maybe a bit of afternoon brightening, hold back temperatures as highs reach the mid-70s to low 80s with high humidity. Highs: Upper 60s to near 70.

The activity will end overnight, with just a few clouds remaining.

By Thursday and Friday, only isolated showers and storms will develop mainly in the higher elevations.

A second area will be southwest Kansas where storms moving out of Colorado Tuesday evening will move east/southeast across the southwest corner of KAKEland.
