Actor Vince Vaughn Arrested In Manhattan Beach, Police Confirm

Actor Vince Vaughn was arrested in California early Sunday morning, the Manhattan Beach Police Department confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.

Vaughn and his passenger wouldn't budge at first when Manhattan Beach cops asked them to get out of the vehicle, TMZ reported.

A public information officer with the Manhattan Beach Police department tells ET that the actor was arrested for a DUI. "Cops say both men were uncooperative and, initially, refused to get out", reports TMZ.

According to Manhattan Beach PD, Vaughn was initially uncooperative and at first refused to exit the auto.

Vaughn's mugshot was later released by the MBPD, with the True Detective actor sporting a nervous smile. Police previously described the allegation as "resisting arrest", which falls under the same section of the penal code, Zins said.

TMZ stated that both men posted bail and have been released.

Vaughn's team didn't immediately return requests for comments by the entertainment news publications.
