Andre Iguodala out for Warriors in Game 1 of NBA Finals

Cavaliers All-Star forward Kevin Love remains in concussion protocol and his status for Game 1 of the NBA Finals is still unclear.

Despite a clear (and justifiably so) bias from "NBA 2K" toward LeBron James, who on his own has been determined to be stronger than a handful of complete team rosters in the league, the Warriors were just too much, even without Iguodala.

"LeBron feels completely worn out and gassed after a long season practically carrying his team all the way back to the NBA Finals".

When he spoke of how the Cavaliers need LeBron James to be great and must shoot "lights out" from the three-point line, he meant that was what they would require "to have a chance to win a game". The narrative that the Warriors were still the heavy favorites got a huge boost in popularity after Game 1. By comparison, Cleveland was 5/2 past year, while the first two installments of the Finals against the Warriors had the Cavs at 19/10 and 9/5 underdogs in 2015 and 2016 respectively. "They have (James), the best player in the world".

Golden State has outscored its opponents by a ridiculous 130 points in the third quarter in these playoffs - an average of 7.6 points a game - and was even better against the Houston Rockets, with a 67-point advantage over seven games.

Grand jury indicts Harvey Weinstein on rape, criminal sexual act charges
A grand jury handed it up Wednesday, hours after Brafman said Weinstein had decided not to testify before the secret panel. Harvey Weinstein has been indicted on rape and criminal sex act charges in New York City.

"With that being said, Houston, the majority of the (conference finals) series, they did a very good job defensively following game plan discipline". But Cleveland really needs him back for a home matchup in Game 3, which the Cavs have a much more realistic chance of taking down. The Warriors sure could use his presence against King James, who is making an eighth straight Finals appearance.

The Warriors hold the head-to-head advantage, having captured championships in 2015 and 2017 while the Cavaliers were victorious in 2016 behind a historic comeback after trailing in the series 3-1.

Golden State struggled to hit shots for stretches.

He's capable of running the point (as he did against the San Antonio Spurs with Stephen Curry out) and playing on the wing on offense, and he can defend guards and forwards on the other end.

Green was Cleveland's second-best player in Game 7, scoring 19 points on 50 percent shooting with eight rebounds. This made them the leading juggernaut in the National Basketball Association that has become unstoppable when they are hitting all cylinders on any given night.
