Nintendo brings together Pokémon, Switch, and smartphones

When viewing the Pokemon Let's Go trailer, it's quickly obvious that Game Freak turned to the Pokemon Go mobile games for inspiration.

The Pokemon Company and Nintendo have announced that two new games in the long-running Pokemon series, titled Pokemon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let's Go Eevee, will be released for Nintendo Switch on November 16.

Update: Pokemon Quest is available now for Nintendo Switch and will come to mobile at the end of June 2018.

A leaked list of Alolan Pokemon in Pokemon GO appeared earlier this week, confirming that basically every Alolan Pokemon is already prepped to launch in the game. The Let's Go games have been made as home console experiences hinting that 2019's Pokemon games would be more focussed towards handhelds. According to a report from Nintendo-focussed gaming site, Nintendo Everything (via ResetEera) it's been discovered that domains for these two possible titles - and were registered by CSC Corporate Domains.
