The leaked roadmap of Samsung phone releases, which appeared on South Korean financial paper The Bell, reveals CES and MWC could be used the reveal the S10 and Galaxy X.

Assuming Samsung sticks with its traditional release cadence, the Galaxy S10 will likely arrive in the first quarter of 2019.

According to the report, Samsung is pushing its limits to make sure the Galaxy S10 is ready for manufacturing by October and is eyeing at CES 2019 launch followed by Galaxy X launch at MWC in February. That's actually what it did this year for the Galaxy S9 which was unveiled about a month before the Galaxy S8 was last year.

Samsung's latest S-line flagships are among the most powerful and expensive smartphones now available on the market, and paying a small fortune for a phone with call issues is understandably frustrating.

Several users of the Galaxy S9 reported that their devices would mute the voice of the user for up to 20 seconds at random during voice calls. Since the Galaxy S10's reveal hinges heavily on Samsung's other plans (and, again, these things are never set in stone), we're definitely still in the wait-and-see phase here.

Samsung usually gives a codename to each of its premium handsets. Work on the newest model of Samsung's world-beating smartphone is already underway, and we're already inundated with rumors and whispers about the Samsung Galaxy S10.

The report also suggests that Samsung is also planning to add a 3D sensing module to Galaxy S10.

Samsung is supposedly working with Mantis Vision to create the software required for enabling 3D face scanning technology.

Samsung has already shown off a transparent television back in 2015 so the idea of scaling that tech down for phones may not be too far fetched. Various sources, including a historically reliable gadgets leaker only known as "Ice Universe", have said the Galaxy Note 9 will feature an invisible fingerprint scanner underneath the display. Rumors surrounding the Galaxy Note 9's camera are scant, and we're pretty much expecting a similar dual-lens setup like the Galaxy Note 8 and Galaxy S9 with perhaps some minor tweaks and improvements.
