Singer/actress Janelle Monae has come out as queer.

"Being a black queer woman in America, someone who has been in relationships with both men and women", she told the magazine, "I consider myself to be a free-ass motherfucker".

In a new interview, the singer and actress spoke candidly about her much speculated on sexuality.

Initially, too, Monae originally identified as bisexual - that is to say, she feels equal attraction to both genders - but has since changed her tune, choosing to identify as pansexual because it's a more inclusive term.

On the song Q.U.E.E.N - which was apparently originally called Q.U.E.E.R - she sings: "Am I a freak because I love watching Mary"; and in PYNK, Janelle's rumoured girlfriend Tessa Thompson emerges from pants symbolising Monae's vagina.

Monae has been received critical plaudits for her work in music and film, the latter involving roles in movies such as Moonlight and Hidden Figures.

Symptoms of the disease include fever , cough, muscle aches, chills, headaches, loss of appetite, fatigue, confusion and diarrhea. Authorities said the principal case was a year ago, while the last two were over the most recent 60 days.

However, she has now officially clarified how she identifies, and it's all kinds of wonderful.

In the past, Monae would dodge questions about her sexuality, telling fans and reporters alike that if they wanted answers to their questions about her sexuality, they could listen to her albums, because the "answers were there".

"I serve the God of love", she concluded. To be pansexual is to be attracted to any sex, gender or gender identity.
