Shanaaz Jacobs, 19, who lived with her parents and siblings in Uitenhage, has finally spoken out after her family alleged that her boyfriend, Pakistani national Warqas Khan, whom she met past year while he was in South Africa, was preventing her from returning home.

Though she kept her hands on the wheel and didn't move from the auto after pulling over, Danny Prasad said police later shot a bullet through the windshield, just missing her.

Prasad's mother, Evelyn, was driving with her son in the vehicle when they were pulled over by police near Nicolet Drive last week, Danny Prasad said.

She was found on exposed ground that a few days ago had been covered by the storm-swollen river, according to a sheriff's office statement. "We act like we don't care, and we're just walking around like it's normal, and its not normal", said Jasmine Parks, a cousin of Jayden Ugwuh and Montell Ross. Funeral Services will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 at 3 p.m.in the Chapel of Riffe's Funeral Service in Narrows with Pastor Eddie Kendall officiating. The next morning, the family and their vehicle were gone.

She said Cheltenham Borough Council considered the eviction making herself homeless and refused to help her.

The 100-foot (31-meter) drop killed the women, both 39, and their children Markis Hart, 19; Jeremiah Hart, 14; and Abigail Hart, 14.

Five bodies were found March 26 but three children remain missing.

Police said Prasad fired at officers, noting three expended shell casings were found in a gun next to Prasad's body.

Police and the local team are trying to find out the whole family in meantime they aren't disagreeing with the fact that they all were drowned.

Greg Baarts, acting assistant chief of the California Highway Patrol's northern division, said preliminary data from the SUV's air bag module suggested that the vehicle probably came to a stop at a gravel pullout roughly 70 feet from the cliff before it accelerated and "went straight off the edge".

She was driving the SUV, and had a blood alcohol level of.10%, which is over California's legal limit to drive, .08%, police said.

The toxicology report was released Friday.

"If DCF is not doing their job then the child advocate office can investigate what they're doing".

I said it doesn't matter how much.
