Model Janice Dickinson, walks throughout the Montgomery County Courthouse Whilst to a Rest from testifying contrary to celebrity and comedian Bill Cosby through the following evening of his sexual assault retrial situation in Norristown, Pennsylvania, U.S., April 12, 2018.

Dickinson, the fourth accuser to take the witness stand at Cosby's sex assault retrial, told jurors she was "rendered motionless" by the pill as Cosby got on top of her in his Lake Tahoe, California, hotel room. Here was "America's Dad" on top of me.

"I was thinking, what the heck, what the heck is he doing? How very wrong it was", Dickinson said. She passed out when he entered her, and she said she felt "vaginal pain".

Dickinson said she remembered what Cosby smelled and tasted like after she was drugged.

"I couldn't fight him off", testified Andrea Constand, then operations manager for the women's basketball team at Temple University and now a massage therapist living in Canada.

Dickinson said she consented to the publication because she was "broke" and needed to cover costs related to her two children.

But Dickinson is one of five "prior bad acts" witnesses, who have been permitted to testify.

It mentions slamming a door on Cosby, but does not include references to the alleged drugging and sexual assault.

She faced off in a rapid-fire battle of wits with Cosby's flamboyant attorney, Thomas Mesereau, who is known for his near-shoulder-length, dazzlingly white hair.

The 80-year-old comedian is charged with sexually assaulting a woman at his home in 2004. He says their encounter was consensual.

The AP does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Constand and the other women have done.

"These women proved that they were here to back up their sister - they got their sister's back", Cosby spokesman Andrew Wyatt said Thursday outside court.

But attorneys for Cosby pointed out that Dickinson's courtroom statement differed from what was written in her 2002 book. Of all of Cosby's accusers, Constand remains the only one whose claims are not too old to prosecute.

But Lublin now believes she was assaulted and that she never trusted Cosby enough to be alone with him again.

UN Chief Antonio Guterres condemns Kathua rape
They were demanding the release of a special police officer (SPO) who was accused of raping and murdering an eight-year-old girl. The girl from nomad Muslim Bakarwal community was abducted from Kathua's Rasana village in January.

"I don't lie, sir", Dickinson said.

"Cosby said, 'I have something for that, ' " Dickinson testified.

"You lied to get a paycheck", Mesereau said.

The former model says she was 27 when Cosby invited her to Lake Tahoe to talk about how she could expand her career into singing and acting. She even showed the jury pictures she took that night with her camera of Cosby in the room, wearing a multicolored robe.

She testified that the assault began when she became incapacitated after accepting three small blue pills that Cosby said would help her relax.

"He gave me a little blue pill with a shot of amaretto. Slightly out of it".

Cosby then allegedly told her: "We'll continue this conversation upstairs".

When she arrived, Dickinson said, she wasn't feeling well.

The case has trashed the legacy of the actor once adored by millions as "America's Dad" for his role as lovable father and obstetrician Cliff Huxtable on the hit 1984-92 television series "The Cosby Show".

Cosby, who was 45 then, wanted to fly her to Lake Tahoe, where he was performing.

Defense lawyers were expected to cross-examine Dickinson later Thursday. She decided not to report the alleged incident because she had "conservative clients" - such as Vogue, Maybelline and Revlon - that "would not appreciate that I'd been raped". His lawyers have portrayed Constand as a gold-digging con artist. She came forward in April 2015, a few months after lawyer Gloria Allred proposed that Cosby set aside a chunk of his fortune to compensate accusers. "Today, I'm on a sworn Bible.to tell my true story".

During her testimony, Cosby sat hunched over at the end of the defense table.

Now well into middle age, Dickinson, Baker-Kinney and the other two accusers who have testified so far told jurors they wound up unconscious from the pills or alcohol Cosby gave them, unable to say no or resist as he had his way with them.
