BJP ministers, who supported Kathua rape case accused, resign

BJP Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) state cabinet ministers Chaudhary Lal Singh and Chander Parkash Ganga, who attended the march in favour of the accused in the Kathua Rape Case, quit the J&K Cabinet. The body of the girl was recovered from Rassana forest on January 17 - almost a week after she went missing while grazing horses in the forest area.

The two ministers had participated in a rally organised by Hindu Ekta Manch to support accused in Kathua rape-and-murder case.
