After losing Eric Wood to an early retirement this offseason, the Bills could use Williams' leadership in the locker room.

Kyle Williams is expected to move on and the Bills traded Marcell Dareus to the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2017.

Williams, the five-time Pro Bowler who's spent his entire career with the Bills, turns 35 this summer but has missed just 12 combined games since 2012 and 23 over his entire career.

Williams is reportedly receiving $6 million with $5 million guaranteed. He also was faced with deciding whether to put his body through a 13th National Football League season.

National Football League free agent rumors: WR Allen Robinson to sign with Bears
Robinson, 24, had 48 catches for 548 yards and two touchdowns as a rookie before a knee injury ended his season after 10 games. White and Wheaton were busts, Eddie Royal didn't pan out and neither did Cruz.

The Bills have now addressed one of the biggest weaknesses on their roster by signing Lotulelei and Williams. The two sides came to an agreement Tuesday.

Williams had a cameo role on offense in the team's season finale at Miami that they had to win to keep their playoff hopes alive when he plunged into the end zone from a yard out after lining up as a fullback. He's also been the team's main leader in the locker room and is the franchise's longest tenured player, having been drafted by the team in 2016.

"I wish it could've gone a different way", he said after the season.
