Both Jennifer and Theodore Moschovas are awaiting extradition hearings. This investigation is still ongoing.

Police say her stepfather, Theodore Moschovas, falsely identified himself as her father and picked her up. Odierna is being placed temporarily in foster care until her father arrives to retrieve her.
