He was suspended and then fired previous year from the Prospect force after a letter to the mayor exposed Shaw's "highly disturbing racist and threatening Facebook messages". If dad is hot then handcuff him and make him suck my d**k...

According to Jefferson County Attorney Mike O'Connell, the messages were between former Asst.

Once the recruit asked the officer what he should tell the parents in case he were to shoot a black teen for smoking pot, the senior official then answered: "Call their (pa) rents", he wrote.

The Louisville Courier-Journal reported that Shaw tried to keep the messages confidential after WDRB and WAVE requested them under the state's Open Records Act. Shaw had been an officer on the force for 20 years and according to Shaw's attorney, Michael Burns, he had been kind to everyone.

"Mr. Shaw held a distinguished career in law enforcement for almost 30 years", said Attorney Michael Burns, who represents Shaw.

"For years I have seen the blacks live off uss (sic) and putting them in one big housing area breeds HUGE peoblems (sic)" Shaw wrote.

Todd Shaw, who resigned from the Prospect department a year ago, made the comments in Facebook messages to a Louisville Metro Police Department recruit. "These actions spit in the face of the determined effort hundreds of thousands of law enforcement officers put forth to build trust and legitimacy in the communities they serve".

Shaw also lamented that he couldn't shoot more people of color, writing in a Facebook message, "What has policing come to when all you can shoot are white people and injured deer". "We don't see a Muslim problem around here we just see lazy ass people that don't want to work and that entices more Mexicans to cross the border and take the American jobs".

The messages were originally discovered while Shaw was being investigated for allegedly interfering in a sexual abuse probe.

The prosecutor said his office would not move forward with any pending cases in which Shaw was involved.

"I am disgusted by the shocking and appalling statements released today between the former Prospect Assistant Chief of Police Todd Shaw and a former LMPD recruit", LMPD Chief Steve Conrad said in a statement.

Over 24 criminal cases connected to Shaw - majority traffic offenses - have since been dismissed because of questions raised by his alleged racist messages, WAVE reported.
