Speaking to the broadcaster Sky Sports, the Belgian said: "It doesn't help when the fans boo and whistle after each misplaced pass".

Off the back of Wednesday's Carabao Cup semi-final first leg with Arsenal, the Blues failed to score again.

Asked whether the Chelsea board has considered bringing the Englishman to Stamford Bridge, Conte said, "No, honestly we didn't speak about him, but I repeat we are talking about a really good player. There's a risk involved and we know that, but that's our game". If they start shouting it doesn't help us.
