Universal Pictures has released the first trailer for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, the sequel to the 2015 smash hit Jurassic World and fifth installment to the dino-rampaging franchise launched by legendary director Steven Spielberg in 1993.

A teaser trailer was released on Sunday, which showed Owen and Claire running amid a stampede of dinosaurs as the island of Isla Nublar erupted around them in volcanic flames and smoke. A volcano now threatens the lives of those dinosaurs, and our heroes must mount a rescue mission to save Owen's lead raptor Blue. In addition, we get some shots of old and new dinosaurs including the T-rex, Carnotaurus, and Baryonyx. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard reprise their roles as Owen and Claire, and Jeff Goldblums return as Ian Malcolm from the original film. "After so many years, Jeff Goldblum was in front of a camera again talking about dinosaurs!"

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom arrives in theaters on June 22, 2018.
