Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp's holiday event starts November 30

The brand new holiday-themed swag was added to Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp earlier this week, but when can you start picking up all that new gear? As you'll notice in your inventory once you've started the game after the Holiday Event, you'll have been gifted a Santa Hat. To that effect, the event gives players a limited time to acquire special Yuletide furnishings in the game.

The first such incentive to keep players engaged comes in the form of a special winter holiday event that sees players fulfill the requests of animals around the camp in exchange for candy canes. Going around and granting gifts to your campers - completing tasks, in other words - will grant you candy canes, which can then be used to create all sorts of holiday-themed campgrounds for your furniture. You have a chance to get one or two pieces with every request you complete.

Man United score 4 goals again to showcase attacking talent
West Brom forward Hal Robson-Kanu broke the deadlock in first half stoppage-time when he nodded in his first goal since August. Saturday against Arsenal is a big game and they have to turn up.

You can also get candy canes from the Shovelstrike Quarry, as long as you have friends willing to help or enough Leaf Tickets to get in. As for the boots, you'll need to craft the Jingle Checked Rug. Decorate your yard with a snowman if you want, and dress your character in a holiday sweater.

While Pokemon GO had limited availability (it was only available in the United States, New Zealand and Australia) at launch and AC: Pocket Camp is available worldwide, the performance of the new game is impressive nonetheless. This morning, Nintendo confirmed via the official Pocket Camp Twitter that such a thing will indeed be possible in the game, setting precedent for future holiday events as well.
