Warner Bros. has released a new Justice League promo that showcases Aquaman's (Jason Momoa) recruitment into the DC Comics superteam, under the suggestion of Ben Affleck's Bruce Wayne.

Affleck was initially in line to direct "The Batman", before deciding to step down in order to focus on his performance. It has worked its way through a couple of directors (Matt Reeves is now in the chair) and even more scripts.

"[It's] something I'm contemplating", Affleck said of appearing in The Batman. When recently asked by Extra TV if he'll be around for five movies, he offered a less than encouraging, "I don't know about that. we'll see what the future holds". "It's f*cking unbelievable... I would be a f*cking ape on the ground for Matt Reeves". He also reveals that despite having only seriously played the Dark Knight in two movies, he is already considering when it's time to make a graceful exit. But he's not going to do that movie [The Batman], I don't think. "Look, I'm not a fan of skimpy Amazon costumes, but if you're going to share the Justice League pic, remember these were their training costumes in Wonder Woman", she said. Sounds like Affleck likely will play Batman in Reeves film, but that could very well be his final chapter as the superhero.
