It won't be long now before gamers are taking on some of their favorite Dragon Ball characters in a brand new 2.5D fight title. We'll get access to fighters' inner thoughts through this part of the campaign, which sounds exactly like the feature we never knew we needed for a Dragon Ball game.

The latest issue of Japanese magazine V-Jump brought a lot of news for Dragon Ball fans.

The latest V-Jump issue also revealed that players will be able to develop bonds with the characters that will allow for additional conversations that would otherwise be inaccessible. The player will be linked to Goku in one Chapter and then linked to Android 18 in the Android Chapter and then to Frieza in the Enemy Warriors Chapter.

It will be possible to strengthen the bonds between the player's spirit and the characters. And as for their special attacks, Nappa uses his "Kappa" cannon while Ginyu is able to swap his body (and his health) with his opponent.
