Rousey to return to UFC to fight Cyborg?

She stared in The Expendables 3, Furious 7, Entourage and more. She suffered her first professional MMA defeat against former boxing champ Holly Holm in the main event of UFC 193 back in November of 2015, eating a head-kick in the second round that rendered her unconscious, after eating a plethora of hard strikes throughout the first round and first half of the second.

That seems like a baffling choice given that even in her prime, "Cyborg" looked like a tough match-up for Rousey, let alone asking her to step up in weight to face the Brazilian after her striking deficiencies have been exposed, her confidence shattered and her chin shown to be vulnerable. Both Rousey's father and grandfather had committed suicide.

Rousey was famously involved in a heated back-and-forth with Cyborg during her time as a dominant UFC women's bantamweight champion, when a bout between the two seemingly unstoppable forces was one of the hottest topics in MMA. She was hurt badly early in the fight and was unable to recover. But the division was evolving and she was continuing to do what had made her champion all those years. If injuries weren't there and everything was where it was, we would take that fight. Her last two opponents were able to keep the fight standing and have success against Rousey.

Once the Nunes fight was booked, the silence was deafening as Rousey didn't engage in any of the pre or post-fight media obligations and refused to talk about the Holm loss.

Ronda Rousey is now happily married to Travis Kuualiialoha Browne, he is an American mixed martial artist who competes as a heavyweight in the UFC.

But not a lot on her future in the sport.

Despite reports saying that Ronda Rousey has unofficially retired from the UFC, there is a chance the former women's bantamweight champion could enter the octagon again. "One more, I don't know. I know that. Cyborg is too slow".

Well, naturally, it didn't take long for someone to reach out to "Cyborg" to get her take on Tarverdyan's comments. "I've spoken to her, I don't know if she'll do it- one more fight, maybe if she really can". If she wants to make a good fight, we can make it at WWE. "It's 50-50 right now I would say". "I don't know if she'll do it", said Tarverdyan, whose quality of coaching was the subject of criticism from many quarters as Rousey eventually saw her unblemished record tainted.
